This month, the Fourth Friday comes early! May 22 at the Lucky Brewgrille, we're going back to our roots with The Improv-Abilities Show! We're playing short-form games the whole show! That means old crowd favorites like Replay, Blind Line and Freeze Games! Plus, for the first time ever in KC, our newest creation, Celebrity Sandwich! Mention this promo, and get 3 tickets for just $24! Don't miss it! We won't perform at Lucky's in June, because we'll be performing in Minnesota on the Fourth Friday!
Don't forget this Friday is the fourth Friday of the month, so I-A is at the Lucky Brewgrille! How have your first three Fridays been? Boring? Don't let it happen again! It's adults only this time -- 17 and over, so it could be a little dirty if the audience wants it that way! AND this is the first time Tim and Jim ge tto co-host a show together! Oh, hey! Your friends would like us! Set us up! Spread the word like a virus of joy!
This Friday's show at 7:30 pm is on! AND it's a chance to bring kids or uptight people, since it's an all-ages show! If you haven't seen "Wrapped Up Like a Deuce" yet, come to the Lucky Brewgrille on Friday, March 23! "But what about the NCAA tournament and the KU vs. Michigan State game that night?" you might ask. Zip it! We're playing from 7:30 til 8:30. Then we instantly transform Lucky's neon-wonderful basement lounge into a basketball watch party. KU plays at 8:37 pm until the Spartans surrender! Come early for Lucky’s drink special that night, $3 Long Island Ice Teas and Long Beach Teas. Plus we'll have a giveaway for the largest group to show up! Bring your friends! Spread the word like a virus of joy! Lucky Brewgrille is at 5401 Johnson Drive in Mission, Ks, and their food rocks.
On April 11, Improv-Abilities will hold a round of auditions. Experience is valued but not required. It happens at the Lucky Brewgrille, 5401 Johnson Drive, Mission KS, at 2:00 pm. If you have Time Warner cable, click over to channel 113 for “On Demand” improv performances! Included right now is a set by an unofficial I-A splinter group, Babel Fish, featuring our own Joe Henley, Nathan Stewart, Jim Sturgill, and Keith Curtis. Check it out, so Time Warner continues to televise the good local comedy that KC is producing! Just go to Channel 113 and click on Comedy!
